RESPONSIBLITIES
Entry Level Account Manager $32K - $38K per year (DOE and includes hourly and performance based monthly bonus)
- Sales (Furniture, appliances, electronics)
- New customer order verification
- Collections (Extensive contact with customers by phone or at the home to renew rental agreements)
- Skip tracing
- Deliver and pick up merchandise from customer homes
- Service calls (trouble shoot rental merchandise, deliver loaners when needed)
- Load and unload freight trucks
- Drive company vehicles (Pick up trucks and box trucks)
- Cleaning and refurbishing previously rented merchandise
- Other general duties as directed by management
Hours:
- Work hours are generally 8:30-7:30 Monday thru Thursday, 8:00am - 7:30pm Friday, and 8:00 - 4:00 Saturday with one of these days off and off on Sunday. Work hours may vary based on needs of the store, but should average 45-50 hours per week.

REQUIREMENTS
- Heavy lifting
- Drive company vehicles
- Class D chauffeur's driver’s license (Louisiana and Mississippi drivers)
- Maintain a good driving record
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Sales, collections, management, or customer service experience helpful
- Bilingual Spanish and English helpful
